Daisy Doodle Challenge #31~ Easter

I love this time of year. Spring starts to creep in, the sun starts shinning more regularly, the kids start to get more active and play outside. Ahhh, fresh air....

This weeks challenge at Daisy Doodles is : EASTER!!

I used: All Your Eggs from the yummy digi store!!

my paper is from Close To My Heart
Border punch from Martha Stewart and I cut the Butterflies out that I wanted to use.
I also added a little gem to the main Butterfly
I recently discovered the Fiskars Shape Cutter, oh boy, that is a new addiction.

Magical Monday~Fabric & Stitching

Happy Monday!!
Well, I am not a fan of Monday's either, but that just means a new Challenge from 

This week's challenge is to use Fabric & Stitching.
I must admit, this is not something I turn to when doing my projects =0)
But, it challenged me to go outside my box.
I used strips of fabric to make a flower
and pleated it to sit behind my image.
The image I used is from Paper Cupcakes store.....check it out if you haven't already!!
Here is my entry:

Lots of additions here....I used a border punch from Martha Stewart (I get a little carried away with these)
"Two Hearts" is a stamp from a beautiful wedding set from Close To My Heart
Bliss paper pack again from Close To My Heart
and my Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol

Spring showers bring May Flowers~

Have you seen Daisy Doodles Freddy Series of Digi Stamps??
I just love him. He does many different things and you can make
different scenes all different themes.
I choose to play with Rainy Day Teddy this week....
this time of year, you never know what Mother Nature will bring us....
But Freddy doesn't care, he says, "Celebrate The Everyday"

Magical Monday~Let's Use Flowers

There are so many different things I think when told to "use flowers" from stamped image, to crocheted to paper. 
So I had a tough decision to make when this Magic Monday challenge came up. 
I went with a paper flower and ribbon flower, all handmade of coarse.

The fun little guy you see pictured on my card is:
colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol
I used one of Martha Stewarts wonderful border punches, ric rac is from Close To My Heart as is all 
cardstock and texture paper along with "miss you" stamp.

 I have never done a CASE study so this was new to me and a challenge.
