Love the Holidays!!

This time of year with all the hustle and bustle, always gets me in the creating mood!! I love to make little stamped goodies for friends, teachers, well, just about anyone really!! It is such a great feeling when you create something for giving to another. It brings such joy!!

I also love having some time off to actually create! It has been quite sometime since I have even given any TLC to my blog. So, I have to do some house cleaning. But thought I would post my latest Holiday Workshop. Upcoming this Sunday!! I wish you could ALL join me.

I will post better close ups later in the week.....some of them came out a bit blurry, but I still want to share the over all picture of what my attendees will be creating.

Here is the entire workshop....1 round card, 1 small card, 1 regular sized card, a gift card holder and a little holder for a yummy smelling hand sanitizer from bath and body works!!

here is inside the gift card holder, again, will take better pictures later in the week.

MIA for a little bit, and some artwork.

So sorry I have been neglecting my poor blog. I have been super duper busy with the kiddos and their many sports. I do love watching their games and will be sorry once June is over, there will be no more baseball/soccer! It is fun though, I love cheering them on. In the mean time, I will post a few things I have been able to create here and there.

Supplies Used:
D1349 Be Yourself Acrylix Stamp Set
Emporium Level 2 Paper Pack
Inks: Olive & Outdoor denim
I used a CD envelope for fun viewing of the card and cut the flower shape for behind the card out of my Cricut using Olive Cardstock.

Wagon full or Smiles!!

Here is my latest !!

Using stamp set called "Smiles" from Close To My Heart
I created this cute little wagon to hold 3 x 3 cards. You can add envelopes, there is enough room.
I just thought it was cute just like this once I got done.

Basically, you get a piece of cardstock sized 4.5" x 6.25"
Score all sides in 1.5"
the strip around the base is 1" x 12", you will end up having overlap, you can just trim that down.
I embossed that strip with the Sizzix Boutique.
Cut a piece of patterned paper sized 1" x 12" and used my corner rounder to make a scalloped edge. This went around the top outside of the wagon.

Made my cards by embossing each one......I cut a circle sized 1 inch, then used my Cricut Accent Essentials cartridge to do the scallop circle sized 1.25" for each card and wagon wheel.

I colored the images with the waterbrush and my ink pads.

Colors used:

CTMH Exclusive Inks:
Tulip, Juniper and Stazon Ink
all papers are from CTMH

Welcome!! Trust Your Heart.....

I decided to start a separate blog, strictly for my CTMH artwork, sales, special offers and techniques.
That is all you find here. I hope you will become a follower! I love visitors =}

Here is my first artwork post to "Stampin Clearly"

This is the Valentine Card I gave to my Hubby!!

I used the Sizzix Boutique to ebmoss the actual card base. I distressed the edges of the white cardstock that has random stamping inTulip. I cut a chipboard shape out using my Cricut and the covered it with Juniper Cardstock trimmed and sanded it to fit perfectly.

The main heart is from the new "B Love" set in the CTMH Spring 2010 Catalog/Idea Book. And the smaller heart is from "Love Language"

colors used:
Tulip
Juniper
