This is my first white on white card that I have done. I am pretty happy with it I must say. And I think I will do more of these in the future.

here is my project for this challenge!!

 

first of all can I tell you how long it has been since I did something related somewhat to a scrapbook page??

well, FOREVER!! And there have been many many that I have wanted to create. Like this for instance. I have FEW photos of ME with my children, and I am now the one saying. "can you take a picture of us" ....which always used to annoy me as a child, HA!!

I LOVE this photo of my beautiful girls and me...though, I do need a haircut (long over do), I am THRILLED with how this came out.

 
just a little close up of the layered flower I did.....stamped the flower three times and did 3 different cuts. 

 

I love this little journaling stamp from Close To My Heart....it is part of a special kit they have out called "You and Me" That comes with thick pattern /double side paper, a stamp set, embellishments AND a photo brochure with directions on how to create 2~ 2page layouts!! FAB!! AND only $15 for the month of June with proceeds to benefit those who have suffered the ramifications of mother nature!!

Seems to be the theme these days, Masculine Cards....do we ever really have enough of these??

I know I don't make these regularly.....so I do like to get some created for my stash, and a little earlier than I need them.

The current challenge for Daisy Doodles Challenge Blog is:

Father's Day or Masculine.

Masculine cards are always hard for me.....and I will tell you it only has to do with the embellishment part of the card. 

You can't add flowers, buttons, ok.....but it really does challenge me, there fore I don't have a lot in my stash.

So when it comes time for a Masculine card challenge, I gladly

take it on!!
